Great visit in Norway!

German and Norwegian teachers testing outdoor methods together

Back to Germany we all are full of wonderful impressions -

a marvellious countryside -

so friendly and hospitable people -

happy pupils and teachers who are enormously engaged in in our common aim:

to give children more motivation and success in learning for the future!

We are looking forward so much to our next meeting in November in Bad Tölz

when we will exchange more fascinating methods!

And not to forget:

First visit in Norway

From 10th to 14th of October the first meeting between the two regions were arranged in Vågå.

Monday 10th: Arriving Vågå

We will pick you up on the station in Otta and drive 30 minutes to Vågåmo center.

1815: Arriving Vågåmo, check in on Valbjør farm

Tuesday 11th: Getting to know each other

0900 - 1100: Visiting our three schools; Vågåmo school, Sjårdalen shool and Lalm school

11 – 12: Lunch at Bokhandel’n Kafé.

1200-1500: Working session 1 (see attachment) – at Vågå municipality building.



Wednesday 12th: Looking forward

Thursday 13th: Mountain Museum

0830: Departing Vågåmo heading to The Mountain museum in Lom (30 minutes drive)

0915: Get to know about The Mountain Museum

0945: Tour in the museum

1045: Coffee break

1100: Presentation of “Climate Park 2469”

1230: Lunch at “Bakeriet i Lom”

1400: Activities in Presthaugen

1700: Dinner at Fossheim

There will be bus transportation from Vågåmo to Lom and back this day.
